Valencia CF, through the club's Psychology Department, have created an initiative that sets out a series of steps for facing, overcoming and getting through the COVID-19 crisis and confinement measures.
Emilio Ibáñez, a psychologist at the club, introduces the first in a series of weekly tips and advice as to how to approach the present circumstances.
